# Get help

## Make an issue easy to reproduce

Include:

* The SDK version, Node.js or Bun version, and operating system/architecture.
* The model ID and whether you use a local or remote runtime.
* The smallest script that reproduces the behavior.
* What you expected and what happened, including the terminal `subtype` or SDK error `kind` when available.

These commands collect version information without printing provider credentials:

```sh theme={null}
npm ls cognitio-agent-sdk
node --version
node -p "process.platform + ' ' + process.arch"
```

Remove API keys, authorization headers, personal data, and private project content before sharing a reproduction. Use email for reports that should not appear in a GitHub issue.
