Create a session client against a remote runtime or an isolated local server.

## Parameters

### options?

[`ClientOptions`](../interfaces/ClientOptions)

Connection, process, workspace, and control-channel options.

## Returns

`Promise`\<[`AgentClient`](../interfaces/AgentClient)>

A client that owns its session handles and local server process.

## Throws

If the local binary cannot start or the connection configuration is invalid.
